It is estimated that 90% of people will experience the immensely unpleasant itchy, burning feeling of a hemorrhoid outbreak at least once in their lives. And to make matters worse, once a person has had hemorrhoids just once, they are much more likely to get them again in the future even if the first case was treated successfully. Aside from the major health problems that contribute to hemorrhoids outbreaks, people try to battle them with limited success by leading a less sedentary lifestyle, eating foods that are richer in fiber, and drinking more water than they previously had, though the person that is prone to chronic hemorrhoids will typically see limited, if any success by doing these things.
